Companies can reduce their cost if they create part-time Jobs

He explained that today the Minister of Manpower and Immigration, Valeriano Gómez, after the Sector Conference with representatives of the regions, this plan, "encourages" businesses to create jobs and is aimed specifically at young people and long-term unemployed.

Thus, companies can reduce their fees during the first year of that contract if they start creating the part time job opportunities more.

In addition to this program "outstanding" job, the plan establishes actions shock retraining for those who have exhausted their unemployment benefits in areas with "potential" for growth such as tourism, social care or renewable energy.

Persons involved in these training activities and have lower incomes receive help "support" of 350 euros per month for up to six months.

To do so, must have exhausted unemployment benefit from 16 February this year and not have income exceeding 75% of the minimum wage interporfesional.

This assistance "will depend on the available funds," said the minister and will have an additional allocation that provided for distribution to the regions.

In terms of funding, will be for the redevelopment of the program of rebates and programs for active employment policies and the advancement of the European Social Fund.

Gomez explained that although this plan replaces the program crash Temporary Unemployment Protection and Integration (Prodi), the so-called aid of 426 euros for the unemployed without coverage, it is not "a new Prodi" because it protects only the unemployed but that "help" from forming.

"We will not only give protection," said the minister, adding that "we will try to help the unemployed through public employment services to get a new job."

Companies may deduct their contributions to Social Security for a maximum period of one year and the reduction will be 100 percent if the contract is for SMEs, or 75% if the company has a workforce of more than 250 workers .

By hiring part-time the Government claims that the companies do not wait until there is a "strong creation" of economic growth but also further their recruitment companies, because the time "required."

This program will have 6 months and will be for people under 30 years and people in long-term unemployment, ie registered with employment offices at least 12 months in the 18 months prior to recruitment.

The part-time contract may be permanent or temporary for at least six months and one day must have 50% of normal.

Furthermore, when the part-time contract later becomes permanent, will allow companies to get subsidies fees for this concept in the case of the groups referred to or become a building contract, which includes a layoff of 33 days year worked.

Sector Conference will continue this afternoon to raise awareness of the distribution of the money they receive each autonomous community for active employment policies.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Human Resource is one of the most important resources that are required in the process of production. For any industry or a company to be successful, human resource is very essential so as to be utilized in the best way possible. Companies have to do the difficult task of matching employees to the jobs they are best suited for. This horrendous and most difficult task is undertaken by the human resource professionals.
The HR professionals take care of the recruitment process of new employees by conducting of tests and interviews. They also are responsible for managing employee’s benefits and also listen to the minor grievances of the employees. Besides, these basic responsibilities, they also assist the employees by boosting their morals and give them training and coaching from time to time to keep them up with the latest market trends and to maximize their abilities.

Training Required:
To kick-start your career in Human Resource, one should opt for Human Resource Management as their major subject in MBA. There are some colleges that also offer graduation level HR jobs & courses whereas MBA is done after graduation. Also available are executive MBA (HR) programs which require the candidate to have some minimum level of experience.

Career Prospects:
A Human resource manager’s main task is to put available skills to the most efficient use and help in further development of these skills and talent of the employees of an organization. Whether it’s a Public firm or a private firm, they do require human resource managers to take care of the employees in the organization.
Thus a Human Resource manager can seek for employment opportunities in both public and private sector industries, corporate houses and multinational companies, banking and financial institutions. These days IT companies are hiring employees in huge numbers, thus they require Personnel manager to deal with the employees. And not just IT sector but service industry in general is at boom and has huge potential for personnel managers to look forward to.
Big Corporates and firms have their own permanent personnel managers to undertake human resource needs. But the small companies or firms on the other hand hire independent Human Resources consultants for fulfilling their human resource needs.

Tips for Working with a PR Firm

When you retain a public relations firm to present your business to the public, you're forming an important strategic alliance. How much you gain in return will depend on how much you put into the relationship.
Making the most of the services and expertise that your public relations agency offers isn't difficult; however, you have to put forth effort from the beginning. In this way, you will build a productive and successful partnership that should generate positive press and, eventually, increased revenue.

There are three main ways to increase the success and productivity of your partnership with a PR agency:

1. Nurture the relationship. Be ready to spend a lot of time and effort up front in order to build this alliance. No matter how strong your PR agency, it is your responsibility to inform your account representative as to your company and industry. Ideally, you want them to know as much as you know about your business and the market it serves. The more time you spend getting them up to speed, the faster they'll be able to represent your company effectively.

2. Keep them informed. If your business is growing rapidly, you're probably hiring employees, opening accounts, and releasing products at a dizzying rate. All of these events represent outstanding opportunities for positive press, but your PR agency needs to be made aware of these changes as early as possible.

Open channels of communication between your business and the agency are critical. There is no magical rule as to what works best — you can schedule weekly or monthly meetings with your PR firm, or send all important memos to your account representative immediately. In any case, it's essential to create a system to inform and update the agency — and stick to it!

3. Be an active listener. Remember: You're the expert on your company, your customers, and the products and services that you offer. Your PR agency is an expert at crafting and delivering messages that will present your business to the market in a positive and creative way. Don't underestimate the importance of active listening. You need to leverage each other's expertise in order to achieve the common goal of promoting your company.

What Organizations Will Handle PR for Small Businesses? There are plenty of PR firms that work with small businesses, and you can find firms that specialize even further than that. Read Choosing a Public Relations Firm for resources and guidance on hunting down the right service for your business.

MAKE MONEY ON EBAY WITHOUT SELLING ANYTHING !!!!!

For all those bums who always wanted to live without doing anything, having your own business to give them money, without having spent any money in their establishment and become rich without leaving the couch ... for all of them will this guide!

How To Make Money On eBay Without Selling Anything?

We all know that there are a lot of people making money on eBay selling items. Today, about 4,500 people live on eBay in Spain, of course, selling items. But it is the only way in which you can make money on eBay. There is a way that, in its way, it requires far less commitment. As you do not sell, you will not buy, or take pictures, ads, answer questions, make the deliveries ...

You do not need a store or a warehouse, even the smallest expense to volunteer to not sell anything on eBay. Only need access to the Internet. Anything else is making money by not selling anything!.

How?

As you all know, eBay is an auction site where some vendors offer products for purchase buyers. The portal itself is a showcase, makes his own publicity (especially the Internet), is capturing buyers for sellers to sell their products ... In short, eBay's role is to bring together buyers and sellers, to offer these articles.

Amid all the publicity that eBay makes performing highlights online. This, in addition to ads, banners and partnerships with other media, the portal offers a reliable, safe and legal to make money without any effort ... designed especially for you who want to earn money without leaving home ..................

What is this method?

One of the least commented systems to make money on eBay and the only one who does not incur absolutely no risk of losing money is the "Affiliate Program." This is one of the most important because thanks to him thousands of people join each day to the site and have been profitable to the person who has served as a meeting point between eBay and the user.

For example. Imagine that you bought on eBay and your experience has been satisfactory. You've purchased an item which takes months looking for a good price, you receive it in a few days and was consistent with your expectations, be happy, and probably encourage more people to enter the portal. Friends of yours, family ... people who you tell how it happened, and that really is cheap and safe to shop on eBay. Probably, some of them decide to venture into eBay. This shall be recorded, buy an item, sure to be happy and even mentioned it to others who will do the same to him. Come, buy, recommend ... but nothing will happen more.

Now, imagine that you had won 10 euros per person you'd find prompted eBay. How much money would you have now if you were given 10 euros when they make their first purchase? What if instead of telling you that you had 100? Surely you'd have more money now. "1000 euros? What if you had not been given $ 10 and you have given € 24 for each? 2400

Starting to know the affiliate program, what is it really?

The affiliate program is simple. Is to attract potential buyers to eBay, explaining the advantages of buying from home all sorts of items at reduced prices, even the most sought after and exclusive. You only have to inform eBay and they do the rest ...

The trick: for each user who registers on your side, (and purchased an article within one month), eBay will pay between 10 and 24 euros (depending on the number of new users who get a month, let's call them "referred" .) The more referrals come near to Ebay, you can earn more money.

In this way, you get to reap significant benefits, both to get you a bonus (300-600 euros per month) to make it one of your most important salary (including more than 2,000 euros a month, and much more seriously tomándotelo) . Some affiliates earn over 25,000 per year with it.

If you bring 1-25 people per month, eBay will pay 10 euros per record. From there, you can charge up to 24 euros per record. The proportion would be:

1-25 people per month: 10 euros per record

26-50 people per month: 12 euros per record.

51-100 people per month: 14 euros per record

and so on ....

** Please note: not charged until the user has made the first purchase, which means that if you only buy records but will not charge anything for it. Even so, eBay offers a period of 1 month so that your Bingo Buddy your first purchase.

I want to join the Affiliate Program! "What I have to do?

If you're already an eBay member, join the affiliate program can be very easy. Only need to register it (it's completely free and is done at a time), following this link:

http://pages.ebay.es/afiliados/solicitud.html

We strongly recommend that if you go and join the affiliate program, invest some of your time creating a blog or website. Not 100% necessary, because you can send e-mails to people you know, write in forums, etc .... but will open many people still do not know but that can be attracted to your blog, and thus by eBay. Always try your question on a topic web that you know. If you are an expert in cars, you can create an interesting website about where to buy cheap cars, creating links to different car auctions that are active on eBay.

Also, keep in mind that there are categories that sell much more (electronics, fashion, phones, game consoles ...) and others that have fewer sales, but whose prices are much higher (cars, watches, antiques ...). First think about it for what types of products you're going to decant, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of each one of them and choose, taking into account the type of public that read (or read) your blog.

EBay also offers tools to optimize your level of membership, for example, a banner creator to make your ads more attractive. You can also get a domain and free hosting, and other companies to advertise online to further maximize your profits.

Once you register, you have your website / blog (with your first readers) you can start earning money to open the world of eBay. "How much money can you earn per month??
