First of all, I inform you that I have improved a bit the comments section of the blog, now every time you leave a comment, you will see your custom image taken from Gravatar, and if you do not have a will show the default image is the logo blog. In addition, to reduce the waiting time, now the comments are handled via Ajax, so no longer need to reload the page to see comments, moreover, that the waiting time is reduced considerably. Take the opportunity to try out new features, see what you think.
When I was looking to implement plugins, I met many who can do excellent things, adding features very practical. Here I leave a list of 10 plugins for WordPress that I found very interesting and could be considered to implement them in their blogs. I hope you learn something.following are best wordpress plugins comments section
Subscribe to comments. Allows participating in a discussion, subscribe to this conversation, each time someone posts a new comment on the entry, then send an e-mail with the update to all subscribers. Very good idea for example, where invitations are given away for something in a blog.
Show Top Commentators. Depsliega a list of those most have commented on the blog, you can display it in the sidebar and contains a link to each blog / site for that comment. Great for encouraging comments. They can see it working here on the blog in the sidebar.
Reverse Order Comments. Change the order in which comments are displayed, the oldest being left at the end of the list while recent top positions. Also you can see at work here.
WordPress Paged Comments. If you have many comments in his post, is better than the page to avoid the burden becomes eternal. This is a good option to divide the comments into multiple pages.
Commenter Spy. Find out what country are the people who leave a comment on my blog, using geo-location tools to identify the country where it comes from each person says.
Brian's Threaded Comments. Lets implement a system of nested comments in the visitors that they can respond directly to another comment. It's great when you generate several conversations in a post. I can see working on the blog of John Chow.
Ajax Comments. It's incredibly easy to use: up the folder to your plugins directory, activate it and you have comments handled through Ajax, which also includes fading effects of JQuery. It's the one I'm using now on the blog and costs $ 1 dollar, but worth it. There is also a free version.
MyBlogLog Avatar. You can select whether to display the avatars of that comment, either Gravatar or MyBlogLog, all easily, without any further complication and can be customized with CSS.
Month Comment Count. Displays the total number of comments in one month of any year (which is within the range of your files, of course). Can serve to analyze the performance of the visitors to your blog.
Comment karma. This plugin is very useful for sites that have a large number of comments, shows two icons that let you "vote" a comment similar to what happens on digg. I wanted to implement it, but I do not see much sense for now, although it can be very helpful, everything is a matter of trying.
Here are my 10 recommendations to improve the area of the comments from their blogs, of course there are hundreds more and plugins that are not limited to these, you can use Google or the WordPress plugins directory to discover new options.
